Minimum Qualifications: Graduation with at least 2 years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution or 3 years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution after passing the proficiency certificate level.
2. Assistant

Minimum Qualifications: SLC/SEE or equivalent with 1 year of working experience in a microfinance financial institution. Preference will be given to those who have passed Proficiency Certificate Level or Plus Two (10+2). Willingness to work in rural areas is a must.
Additional Information
Age Limit: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not more than 35 years old. For female candidates, the upper age limit is extended by 5 years.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be selected through an interview.
Salary and Benefits: As per the rules of the financial institution.
Special Preference: Candidates with good knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, Email, Internet) and a motorcycle license will be given preference.
