Holding a 'D' class license from Nepal Rastra Bank, NIC Asia Laghubitta operates in 74 districts through 287 branches, particularly focused on underserved rural areas. 1. Assistant Manager-Department Head (3 Open Positions)
Location: Corporate Office Banepa, Kavre
Qualification/Experience: Degree from a recognized educational institution with 5+ years experience in microfinance or related field
Age limit: 21 to 40 years
2. Senior Officer/Officer-Monitoring Officer (8 Open Posts)
Location: Corporate Office Banepa, Kavre
Qualification/Experience: Degree from a recognized educational institution with 3+ years experience in microfinance or related field
Age limit: 21 to 40 years
3. Senior Officer/Officer-COSPO (10 Open Positions)

Qualification/Experience: Degree from a recognized educational institution with 3+ years experience in microfinance or related field
Age limit: 21 to 40 years
4. Assistant Manager-COPO (4 Open Positions)
Location: Corporate Office Banepa, Kavre
Qualification/Experience: Degree from a recognized educational institution with 4+ years experience in microfinance or related field
Age limit: 21 to 40 years
5. Branch Manager (30 Open Positions)
Qualification/Experience: Proficiency Certificate from a recognized educational institution with 3+ years of experience in Microfinance
Age limit: 18 to 35 years
6. Trainee Assistant (100 Open Positions)
Qualification/Experience: Passed Proficiency Certificate (10+2) level from a recognized institution
Age limit: 18 to 35 years
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with driver's licenses (motorcycle/scooter) and locals for branch head and trainee assistant roles.
