Things to be considered by the candidates while applying
(a) According to Section 21 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, the minimum period of service required to be a candidate for promotion must have been reached, and at least S.L.C. Or should have similar educational qualifications.
(b) According to Section 22 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, he should not be disqualified to be a potential candidate for promotion.
(c) In the case of a candidate as per Rule 76, Rule 88 of the Civil Service Regulations, 2050, the qualification must be fulfilled as mentioned in the rule.
(d) According to sub-section 3 of section 24 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, when calculating marks for performance evaluation of potential candidates, up to the end of June
In calculation and calculation of other marks, the marks achieved till the last date of submission of applications specified at the time of publication of advertisement will be counted.
(e) While filling out the application form, the reference number obtained by you from the civil library must be mentioned compulsorily.
(f) In the case of educational qualifications for which equivalence has to be determined, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted compulsorily.
(G) The details as mentioned in all sections of the application form should be clearly disclosed.
(h) Application fee Rs. 700.- (seven hundred) will have to be submitted.
Notification of promotion by performance appraisal to Non-Non-Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical) posts

Candidates who have met the minimum qualifications as per Section 21 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 and Rule 74 (2) of the Civil Service Regulations, 2050 for the following posts of Non-Gazetted First Class, Nayab Subba, or similar, to be filled by promotion through performance and evaluation, shall apply as prescribed by the Public Service Commission. The details mentioned in the form are notified to submit the application to the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee by the opening date of 2078-11-03. According to the Employee Adjustment Act, 2075, employees who have been adjusted at the federal, Province, and local levels can be potential candidates for promotion to a position above one level of the service/group/subgroup that was in place before the adjustment in accordance with sub-section 4 of section 14 of the same act. Things to be considered by candidates when applying:
(a) Must have qualified as per Section 21 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 and must not have been disqualified for promotion as per Section 22.
(b) According to section 24 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, the promotion will be recommended based on the calculation of points. According to Section 24A of the Act, there will be an evaluation of performance, according to Section 24B, an evaluation of seniority, according to Section 24C, marks of geographical area, and according to Section 24D, an evaluation of educational qualification and training.
(c) In the case of a candidate as per Rule 76, Rule 88 of the Civil Service Regulations, 2050, the qualification must be fulfilled as mentioned in the rule.
(d) According to sub-section 3 of section 24 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, when calculating the points for the performance evaluation of potential candidates, the points achieved up to the last date of submission of applications specified at the time of publication of the advertisement will be counted.
(e) Calculation of the previous service period shall be as per Rule 123 of Civil Service Rules, 2050. For that, the service period should be verified.
(f) While filling out the application form, the employee identification number obtained from the civil library must be filled in compulsorily.
(G) In the case of educational qualifications that require equivalence determination, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted compulsorily.
(h) All the details mentioned in the application form should be clearly disclosed.
(i) Application fee Rs. 700.- (seven hundred) will have to be submitted.
