Since the following vacancies in Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) have to be filled through open competition; Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to fill the online application form from 2079 Bhadra 17. Fill in all the details to be filled in the online form prescribed by the bank and along with the transcript of the minimum educational qualification prescribed for citizenship and application post, certificate of character, and if equivalent certificate obtained from any country other than Nepal, equivalent certificate from Tribhuvan University, and passport. Scan and attach the size photo and submit the online application till the prescribed fee payment date 2079/06/06 and double fee payment date 2079/06/13.

Other Vacancy Details:
1) Required Minimum Educational Qualification:
(a) For the post of Assistant Director Advertisement No. 10/2079:: Should have passed master's degree in economics or management or public administration from a recognized university.
(B) Assistant Director (IT Cyber Security) Advertisement No. 11/2079 for the post: Must have passed graduation level or above in computer, information technology, or electronics and communication from a recognized educational institution.
(c) For the post of Assistant (Assistant II) Advertisement No. 12, 2079: Must have passed the certificate level or 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution.
(2) Basis of inclusiveness:
Candidates who fill the form towards the inclusive group must submit the certificate issued by the relevant body for tribal/tribal, Madheshi, Dalit, disabled, and backward areas.
(3) Salary allowances and facilities:
It will be as per the rules of the bank.
(4) Age of the candidate:
(a) For the post of Assistant Director: Must have completed 21 years and not exceeding 35 years by the last date of application (2079-06-06). In the case of female candidates, they should not exceed 40 years.
(B) For the post of Assistant: Should have completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years by the last date of application (2079-06-06). In case of female candidates, they should not exceed 40 years.
(c) There will be no age limit for the existing employees of this bank.
(5) Type of Examination:
(a) For the post of Advertisement No. 10/2079 and 12/2079: Candidates will be selected through pre-qualification, written, and interview.
(b) For the post of Advertisement No. 11/2079: Candidates will be selected through written, practical, and interviews.
(The Public Service Commission will conduct the pre-qualification and subject-wise written test. Also, the pre-qualification, subject-wise written test, practical test, and interview will be conducted in Kathmandu.)
(6) Probation period:
6 months for female employees and 1 year for male employees.
(7) To receive or not to receive a pension:
To receive a pension.
(8) Examination fee:
(a) For the post of Assistant Director (Advertisement No. 10/2079 & 11/2079): For Open Group Rs. 1000 and for participating in each additional inclusive group an additional Rs. 400 (Rs. 1000 only for any one inclusive group and additional Rs. 400 for each additional inclusive group to participate in more than one inclusive group)
(b) For the post of Assistant (Advertisement No. 12/2079): For Open Group Rs. 800 and for participating in each additional inclusive group an additional Rs. 300 (only Rs. 800 for any one inclusive group and additional Rs. 300 for each additional inclusive group to participate in more than one inclusive group)
(Examination fee will not be refunded to applicants who are rejected due to non-compliance.)
(9) Examination fee submission process:
The examination fee should be submitted through one of Connect IPS, eSewa, and Khalti along with the online application form.
(10) Posting:
The employees appointed according to the above advertisement 10/2079 will be posted in the central office and regional offices according to the requirements of the bank, and the employees appointed according to advertisement 11/2079 will be posted in the central office and the employees appointed according to 12/2079 will be posted in the regional offices.

अनलाईन (Online) मार्फत् दरखास्त पेश गर्ने विधि र तरिका सम्वन्धी विवरण तथा ध्यान दिनुपर्ने विषयहरुः
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक सेवा प्रवेशका लागि लिइने खुला प्रतियोगितात्मक परीक्षामा सम्मिलित हुनका लागि Online Portal For Open Competition मा Click गर्नुपर्नेछ ।
१. सर्वप्रथम Registration गर्नुपर्नेछ । त्यसको लागि आफुले भर्ने विज्ञापन भएको ठाउँको Apply मा Click गर्नुहोस् अथवा Screen को Top Right Corner मा Registration मा Click गर्नुपर्नेछ ।
क) Password कम्तिमा ६ Character को हुनु पर्नेछ, जसमध्ये कम्तिमा एउटा Capital Letter, एउटा Symbol र एउटा Number हुनुपर्नेछ ।
ख) Captcha Code राख्दा देखिए अनुरुप लेखी Continue मा Click गर्नुपर्नेछ ।
ग) Registration गर्दा राखिने इमेलमा दरखास्त स्वीकृत वा अस्वीकृत भएको जानकारी प्राप्त हुने भएकोले प्रयोग भइरहने आफ्नै इमेल राख्नु पर्नेछ।
घ) Continue मा Click गरेपछि Login ID प्राप्त हुनेछ । एकभन्दा बढी विज्ञापनमा Apply गर्दा र प्रबेश पत्र लिंदा समेत सोही Login ID प्रयोग गर्नुपर्ने भएकोले सो Login ID र Password सुरक्षित राख्नु पर्नेछ ।
२. Login ID प्राप्त भएपछि पूनः आफुले भर्ने बिज्ञापन भएको ठाउँको Apply मा Click गर्नुपर्नेछ ।

४. छनौट गरेको विज्ञापन नम्बरमा Click गरी बिबरण भर्ने क्रममा खुला तथा समावेशी समूह छनौट गर्ने Check Box हरु देखा पर्नेछन । देखिएको सूचीमध्ये आफूलाई मिल्ने खुला तथा समावेशी जुन समूहमा दरखास्त दिन चाहेको हो सो समूहको सूचीमा रहेको Check Box मा Click गर्नुपर्नेछ । एकपटक दरखास्त Submit भैसकेपछि पूनः सोही बिज्ञापन अन्तर्गतको अन्य समूहमा दरखास्त दिन नसकिने तथा अन्य समूहमा दिनुपरेमा पहिले गरेको सम्पूर्ण प्रकृया खारेज गरी पूनः सबै प्रकृया दोहोऱ्याउनु पर्ने भएको हुंदा यस विषयमा विशेष ध्यान पूऱ्याउनु पर्दछ । समावेशी समूहको हकमा महिला बाहेक अन्य समूहमा Apply गर्दा बिज्ञापनको सूचनामा तोकिए बमोजिमको प्रमाण पत्र अनिवार्य रुपमा Upload गर्नुपर्नेछ ।
६. एकपटक Submit भएको दरखास्त फाराम Edit गर्न सकिने छैन, यदि एकै पटकमा फाराम भरेर नसकिएको खण्डमा Save & Submit Later बटनमा Click गरी पूनः आफ्नो फाराममा परिवर्तन गरी Save & Submit गर्न सक्नुहुनेछ ।
७. उम्मेद्वारले सूचना बमोजिमको समयावधि भित्र तोकिए बमोजिमको दरखास्त शूल्क बुझाए पश्चात् फाराम रुजु लगायत अन्य प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने छ । Online दरखास्त फाराम Submit गरे पश्चात् प्राप्त हुने Application ID अनुरुप बुझाउनु पर्ने परीक्षा दस्तुर e-Sewa, Connect IPS अर्थात Khalti मध्य कुनै एक माध्यम को प्रयोग गरि बुझाउनु पर्नेछ । दरखास्त दस्तुर भुक्तानी गर्दा आफ्नो Login ID र Password प्रयोग गरी पूनः Login अथवा View All Vacancies मा Click गर्दा देखिने Online Payment माध्यम मा Click गरी भुक्तानी गर्न सकिनेछ ।
८. दरखास्त Accept वा Incomplete वा Cancel भएको जानकारी Email मार्फत प्राप्त हुनेछ वा Login गरी हेर्न सकिनेछ । कारणबस Incomplete दरखास्तहरू दरखास्त दिने अन्तिम दिनसम्ममा सोही Login बाट आफैले सच्याउनु पर्ने भएमा सच्याएर पूनः पेश गर्न सकिनेछ ।
९. एकभन्दा बढी विज्ञापनमा आवेदन दिने भएमा बुँदा नं २ देखि ७ सम्मका प्रकृया पुन दोहोर्याउनु पर्नेछ ।
१०. दरखास्त फाराम भर्दा कुनै समस्या आएमा कार्यालय समयभित्र कार्यालयको Direct Telephone Line: 014441036 वा एक्सटेन्सन लाईन रहेका नम्बरहरु 014419804-07 बाट एक्सटेन्सन नम्बर १३८ वा १४६ मा सम्पर्क गर्न सक्नुहुनेछ ।
११. दरखास्त दस्तुर भुक्तानी गर्दा कुनै समस्या आएमा e-Sewa को लागिः 16600102121, Khalti को लागिः16600158888 र Connect IPS को लागिः 014255306 मा सम्पर्क गर्न सक्नुहुनेछ ।
नोटः
१. परीक्षा दस्तुर जम्मा नगरेमा, झुट्ठा विवरण पेश गरी Online दरखास्त फाराम भरेमा वा विवरण अनुसार प्रमाणपत्र अपुग भएमा सो दरखास्त फाराम जुनसुकै चरणमा समेत रद्द हुनेछ ।
