This position requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank's Brand and effectively act as Bank's Brand Representative. The candidates are expected to possess excellent competitive, market, and product intelligence and be able to chalk out instrumental marketing plans, strategies and roadmaps and ensure their effective implementation. The candidates should have abilities to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate the team for greater achievements and should possess an ability to lead the Branch towards achieving the set goals while enhancing customer experience.


2. Strategic Resource Penetration/Corporate Marketing (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer)

The candidate should possess excellent competitive market and product intelligence and should be able to chalk out instrumental strategies and roadmap to build a strong relationship with the stakeholders of the Bank. The position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to establish a cordial Banking relationship and should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.


3. Digital Factory and Payment Implementation (Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer)

This position requires candidates to have Knowledge of RDBMS, MSSQL, multi-tiered application with sound knowledge of JAVA / J2EE/ JavaScripthQuery. The candidate must possess proficiency in MSSQL, TSQL Development (Triggers, Views, Procedures, Jobs, etc). This position requires applicants to be proficient in technical documentation which includes Design, ER Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, etc. Experience in managing/supporting NewGen iBPS suite application (Omni Scan, Omni Docs, Omniapp) and good command in Application/Web server, JSON and XML processing API and IDES like Eclipse and NetBeans shall be an added advantage.


4. Digital Web Channel Management (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer)

This position requires the ability for developing and executing strategies and plans to promote the Bank's capabilities and experience in the Digital Banking Platform. The Candidate is responsible for maximizing adoptions of digital channels and ensuring digital channel outputs align with the business objectives. The candidate is expected to have strong knowledge of web channel management including Social Media Banking and Chatbot.


5. Digital Acquisition/Issuance (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/ Junior Officer/ Officer/Senior Officer)

The candidate should drive customer acquisition business through a diverse range of digital channel products, continually grow the digital business, and optimization of business processes. The candidate should have the ability to define and lead issuance business strategy, market Intelligence, and Digital Products. The candidate is expected to have strong skills in Relationship Management and depth knowledge of digital business products and practices.


Eligibility Criteria for Chartered Accountants (CA)

The candidate should have completed the Final Course of Chartered Accountancy from ICAN/ICAI

Age not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of April 06, 2022.


Eligibility Criteria for Strategic Resource Penetration/Corporate Marketing

Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management/IT-Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

Preference shall be given for candidates having experience in Banking, Life Insurance Companies, Multinational Companies, Hospitality sectors, Non-Profit Making Institutions (NGO/INGOs).

At least three years of experience as Senior Assistant, five years of experience for Supervisor, and Seven years of experience for Junior Officer.

Age not below 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for Senior Assistant/Supervisor; and age not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for Junior Officer as of April 06, 2022.


Eligibility Criteria for Digital Factory and Payment Implementation

Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management/IT-Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

At least three years of banking or IT-related experience for Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor and at least five years of banking or IT-related experience for Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer.

Age not below 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor; and age not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer as of April 06, 2022.


Eligibility Criteria for Digital Web Channel Management and Digital Acquisition/Issuance

Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management/IT-Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

At least three years of banking or related experience for Senior Assistant/Supervisor and five years of banking or related experience for Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer.

Age not below 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for Senior Assistant/Supervisor; and age not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer as of April 06, 2022.
