1. CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
CFA Degree from a recognized university. Completion of a Master's degree shall be preferred.
At least 2 years' experience in a managerial position in banking /insurance or relevant sector.
Sound knowledge of investment management.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
Age not exceeding 45 years.
2. CHIEF - ALTERNATE SALES
Master's degree in management or equivalent from a recognized university.
At least 2 years experience in a managerial position in banking/insurance or other relevant sectors.
Sound knowledge in corporate sales will be an advantage.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Age not exceeding 45 years.
3. REINSURANCE DEPARTMENT
Master's degree in management or equivalent from a recognized university.
At least 2 years' experience in a managerial position in a related department.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
Age not exceeding 45 years.
4. HEAD - AGENCY TRAINING
Master's degree in management or equivalent from a recognized university.
At least 2 years' experience in a managerial position in banking/insurance or relevant sector. Well experienced in facilitating training.
Experience in agency development training, good knowledge of training functions, good knowledge of insurance business will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
Age not exceeding 45 years.
6. REGIONAL MANAGER / BRANCH MANAGER
Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent for officer level and Master's degree in management or equivalent for managerial level (from a recognized university).
Officer Level - at least 3 years working experience as branch manager at officer level in banking/ insurance sector or in sales.
Managerial Level — at least 2 years working experience in managerial level as branch manager/regional manager in banking/ insurance sector or in sales.
Experience in agency development will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of training functions and a good understanding of the operational aspects of the insurance business and processes.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
Age not exceeding 45 years.
6. OFFICER — CEO'S OFFICE
CA/ACCA or Master's Degree in Management with minimum second division from a recognized
Proficiency in written and verbal Nepali/English.
Excellent computer skills with a good working knowledge of office applications.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Age not exceeding 35 years.
7. ASSISTANT - FEW
Bachelor's Degree in Management with minimum second division from a recognized University.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Nepali/English.
Good computer skills with a working knowledge of office applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills, high professional standards, integrity.
Age not exceeding 35 years.
Note: Position shall be negotiable for qualified and eligible candidates commensurable with their experience and expertise. Age shall be counted as of 17:00hrs March 6, 2022.
