> Passed Master Degree in Structural Engineering from a recognized educational institution and at least 1-year experience in a related subject.
2. Architectural Engineer - 7th Level (Engineering Service / Architectural) -1 (One)
> Passed Bachelor in a related subject from a recognized educational institution and has at least 2 years experience in public procurement.
3. Civil Engineer - 7th Level - 1 (One)
> Passed BE (Civil Engineer) or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and at least 2 years experience in a related subject.
4. Surveyor - 5th Level - 2 (Two)
> Passed Diploma (All, / Geometrics) or similar from a recognized educational institution and at least 2 years experience in a related subject.
5. Sub Engineer (Draft Person) -5th Level Engineering Architect - 1 (One)
> Passed Diploma (Architect) or similar from a recognized educational institution and at least 2 years experience in a related subject.
