Note:
1) Type of examination:
A) Short listing:
A short list will be prepared on the basis of educational qualification and experience in the post of officer level and educational qualification and experience in the post of assistant level and also permanent residents of the concerned province.
B) Interview:
C) Only successful candidates will be included in the short list.
2) Examination fee:
Authorized Level: Rs. 1000, for level 5 Rs. 800, for level 4 Rs. 700 and Rs. 600 for level 3
3) Age: By the last date of application, Official level: 21 years of age and not exceeding 35 years in the post of level 7 but not exceeding 40 years in case of women and disabled candidates. Assistant Level: Must have completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years in the post of Level 3, 4 and 5 but not exceeding 40 years in case of women and disabled candidates.
4) Must be not disqualified to be a candidate as per prevailing staff service condition condition 2075 (with amendment) of Nepal Electricity Authority.
5) Work experience:
(1) Only the work experience submitted in the appointment letter or agreement worked in the following body or institution and with the certified document of service period will be recognized:
(A) Civil servants and other government bodies,
(B) an organization fully or partially owned by the Government of Nepal,
(C) the United Nations, its organs and specialized bodies,
(D) Government and non-government organizations,
(E) Companies or institutions established in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) If you have worked in two or more bodies or organizations in the same period, only the work experience of one body or organization working for more time will be counted.
(3) Work experience before passing the minimum educational qualification and less than 6 months will not be recognized.
