1. Branch Manager (Supervisor to Senior Officer):- (A few)
> Location: Inside & Outside Kathmandu Valley
> Having Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance/Economics or any stream of management from recognized University and having at least 2 years of working experience in Bank and Financial Institution in supervisory role.
> Should be skillful in promotion & sales of banking services.
> Should be skillful in promoting service culture through coaching, guidance and motivation to staff.
> Having strong orientation of compliance.
2. Branch Operations Assistant (Junior Assistants to Senior Assistant):- (A few)
> Location: Inside and Outside Kathmandu Valley
> Having at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance/Economics or any stream of management from recognized University and having at least 1 year of working experience in any Banks & Financial Institution or Semi qualified CA.
> Priority will be given to candidates having working experience in related field
3. Relationship Managers (Assistant to Junior Officer):- (A few)
> Location: Inside and Outside Kathmandu Valley
> Having at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance/Economics or any stream of management from recognized University and having at least 1 year of working experience for Assistant level and at least 2 years of working experience for Officer level in any Banks or Financial Institution or CA,ACCA and Semi qualified CA.
> Priority will be given to candidates having working experience in credit administration and marketing.
4. Junior Trainee Assistant (JTA):- [50 Nos.]
> Location: Inside and Outside Kathmandu Valley
> Having Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any stream of management from recognized University with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 from SLC onwards.
> Age not exceeding 25 years as on application deadline.
> Freshers are encouraged to apply.
(Junior Trainee Assistant is an entry level position where the successful candidates will be assigned in various branches/departments of the bank. Upon successful completion of training period, selected candidates shall be placed anywhere in Nepal as per Bank’s Requirement)
The selection process shall involve the following:
1) Written Exam
2) Group Discussion
3) Final Interview
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process as per Bank’s requirement. Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason thereof. canvassing at any stage of the process shall led to automatic disqualification. Priority will be given to candidates of local level/area.
