1. Position: Chief Finance Officer – 1
> Qualifications: A professional qualification in accounting such as FCA, CA or Master’s Degree (MBA/MBS) with minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in managerial level in Insurance & Banking Sector.
2. Position: Head- Human Resources Department – 1
> Qualifications: Minimum Master’s Degree (MBA/MBS) with specialization in HR and a minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Department with at least 3 years in managerial level in Insurance & Banking Sector.
3. Position: Regional Manager- For Province: 2 & 4
Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree preferred) with 3-4 years of experience in related field.
> Comprehensive knowledge of the life insurance products.
> Proven record of achieving the business target.
> Set, monitor and meet personal & group business target.
> Ability to communicate well, motivate and guide the team members.
> Confident in training agents and corporate organizations.
