1. Trainee Assistant in Merchant Banking (RTS / DP) – 2
Position Level: Trainee Assistant (Confirmed to Junior Assistant after successful completion of probation period) – Assistant
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
Job Description
> For Trainee Assistant – RTA/ RTS
The primary function of the role is to assist the RTA/RTS clients and support senior for the smooth operation of the department. The role shall closely work with the operation unit to ensure timely and complete recording, reconciliation and documentation related to the RTA/RTS clients.
> For Trainee Assistant – DP
The primary function of the role is to open DMAT account / Meroshare account, customer inquiry handling, reconciliation of DP income etc.
Requirement/Experience –
> Should have good knowledge of Merchant Banking services.
> Must have Good communication, problem-solving skills and should be a quick learner.
> Preference will be given to Candidates with some previous merchant banking experience.
2. Executive Assistant to CEO
Position Level: Upto Senior Assistant
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
Job Description
> Assists CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; compiling documents for meetings.
> Communicates directly, and on behalf of CEO with staff and others relevant stake holders
> Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the President’s office and internal departments
> Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Requirement/Experience –
> Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
> Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
> Must have Good communication, problem-solving skills and should be a quick learner.
> Preference will be given to Candidates with previous experience in similar Position.
3. Telemarketing Assistant
Position Level: Contract Based
Minimum Qualification: 10+ 2 completed, Bachelors (preferred)
Job Description
> Make calls to the customers in the database and pitch them regarding the product of the company mainly Portfolio Management Service (PMS).
> Maintaining customers database and document all call information as per SOP.
> Able to segregate customers as per their interest and transfer of probable customers to the seniors.
> Convert potential leads to business client.
Requirement/Experience –
> Excellent communication and presentation skills.
> Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
> Persistent and results-oriented
> Preference will be given to Candidates with previous experience in similar position.
4. Contract Based Staff
Position Level: Contract Based
Minimum Qualification: 10 + 2, preference will be given to Bachelors passed candidate
Job Description
> Assist senior in handling customer queries, complains and inquiries.
> Assist in regular operation of merchant banking department.

> Presentable and courteous.
