Samriddhi Finance, a National Level Finance Company with its Head Office in Hetauda, is looking for young, dynamic and result-oriented Nepalese Citizens in the below-mentioned posts for Kathmandu station.


1. Chief Compliance and Risk Officer (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/ Manager) - 1 (One)

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.

Experience: Minimum three years experience in any NRB licensed BFls in similar post.

Job Description:

> Implement risk management methodologies for fending and operational risk in the finance.

> Ensure the organization‘s risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations and strategic objective of the finance.

> Due analysis of credit files, risk grading and forwarding for approval.

> Responsible for minimizing NPL by smart evaluation of credit files during approval process.

> Responsible to maintain overall compliance as per prevailing laws, NRB directives, etc.


2. Chief Operating Officer (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/ Manager)- One

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.

Experience: Minimum three years’ experience in any NRB licensed BFis in similar post.

Job Description:

> Must be responsible for handling Banking Operation, Information Technology, Branch Coordination, General Administration, central operation and central clearing and procurement as per policy.

> Maintaining operation activities as per prevailing laws and directives.


3. Chief Business Development Officer (Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager) -1 (One)

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.

Experience: Minimum three years experience in any NRB licensed BF's in similar post. Must have experience of deposit marketing, corporate relation expansion, branding activities, promotional activities Brand and product development.

Job Description:

> Analyze potential deposit market to increase the deposit level and clientele base.

> Maintain healthy relationship with customers to secure future transaction with them.

> Responsible for Deposit growth target of Finance.

> Capacity to bring individual and institutional deposit.

> Initiate better ideas and perform activities for organizational promotion in the area and establish brand for attracting potential customers to increase customer base.

> Analyze market and keep track of competitor's offerings for preparing strategies to grasp competitive advantage and prepare suitable marketing strategies on a regular basis. Good market creation in relation to all the products and services of the finance.

> Responsible to achieve yearly deposit business goal, ready to work in target, ability to handle the business team for the purpose.


4. Head - Operation (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer) — One

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Ecanomics.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.

Experience: Minimum two years experience in any NRB licensed BFls in similar post.

Job Description: 

> Must be responsible for handling Banking Operation, general administration, central operation and central clearing and procurement as per policy.


5. Head- Deposit Marketing (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer) — One

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.

Experience: Minimum two years experience in any NRB licensed BFls in similar post.

Job Description:

Job Specifications for all the above vacant post:

> Preference shall be given to those candidates having banking in similar position.

> Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).

> Good typing skills in both English and Nepali.

> Proficiency with Microsoft office products and good knowledge on Banking Software.

> Excellent organizational, administrative and leadership skills.

> Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.

> Having a valid two-wheeler driving license.
