Leadership & Management Skills Requirements:
> High level of Salesmanship.
> High level of enthusiasm and Team spirit.
> Good understanding of risks & mitigation measures.
Age & Academic Criteria
> A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field for Assistant to Officer Level.
> Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level, 30 years for Assistant Level.

> Support branch for generating new business/relationship/product/strategies.
> Strong interpersonal skill and ability to build rapport with customers.
