केन्द्रीय बैंकका सिद्धान्त के-के हुन्छन् ? संक्षेपमा लेख्नुहोस् ।

उत्तर: केन्द्रीय बैंक एक स्वतन्त्र राष्ट्रिय संस्था हो जसले मौद्रिक नीति संचालन गर्दछ, बैंकहरूलाई नियमन गर्दछ, र आर्थिक अनुसन्धान सहित वित्तीय सेवाहरू प्रदान गर्दछ । यसको लक्ष्य देशको मुद्रा स्थिर गर्नु, बेरोजगारी कम राख्नु, र मुद्रास्फीति रोक्नु हो ।

केन्द्रीय बैंकका सिद्धान्तहरु निम्नबमोजिम छन् :  

> राष्ट्रिय हितमा काम गर्दछ ।

>  देशको मौद्रिक निकायको रुपमा काम गर्ने 

>  खुला  बजार संचालन को कार्य गर्ने

>  कर्जाको भण्डार र अन्तिम ऋणदाताको रुपमा कार्य गर्ने

>  राजनीतिक हस्तक्षेपबाट मुक्त हुने

>  प्रतिस्पर्धाबाट मुक्त हुने

> सरकारको बैंकरको रुपमा कार्य गर्ने

>  वाणिज्य बैंक तथा वित्तिय संस्थाहरुको बैंकरको रुपमा कार्य गर्ने

यसरी केन्द्रिय बैंक देशको समग्र अर्थतन्त्रलाइ गतिशील बनाउँदै मौद्रिक निकायको रुपमा कार्य गर्ने सिद्धान्तमा आधारित हुन्छ ।

The principles of central bank are as follows;

>  Act as the monetary body of the country

>  Perform open market operations

>  Act as debt reservoir and lender of last resort

>  Free from political interference

>  Free from competition

>  Act as a government banker

>  Work as banker of commercial banks and financial institutions

In this way, Central bank acts to work as a supreme monetary authority of the nation by mobilizing the economy.
