Qualification:

Key Skills/ Knowledge:
- All candidates must be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali Language and be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications. ?
Candidates are expected to have smart and pleasant personality, be articulate, be of a cheerful nature with superior interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, a desire to excel, power point presentation (PPT) and have a positive attitude and be a team player but able to work independently and take initiatives

Job Description
> Internal Mobilization and management of interns
> Enrollment
> Provide training and support
> Provide operational support to health domain and health related council services
> Regularly meeting with concern team for interdepartmental/ intercompany coordination for ongoing issues and possible enhancements
> Understand each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales & Business development) daily processes and goals
> Participate in company’s strategic planning, business/sales target and budget planning
> RPT analysis and Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
> Create and give presentations
> Preparation of daily/monthly/quarterly reports and submit to management
> Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations
> Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products
> Prepare and conduct -sales/product trainings to CSD and other related departments
