Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LxLB), a microfinance subsidiary of Laxmi Bank Limited (a commercial bank of Nepal), is a national level microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, the central bank of Nepal. It is the first microfinance institution to be registered as a subsidiary of a commercial bank in Nepal.
VACANCY NOTICE
Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited announces vacancy for the following positions:
1. Position: Junior Officer (Branch Manager)
> Number of Vacancies: Few
> Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in bank or microfinance
2. Position: Junior Assistant (Field Assistant)
> Number of Vacancies: Few
> Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate), for the residents of Pradesh 1 and 2 only
AGE LIMIT:
For Junior Officer (Branch Manager)
- Male: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 32 yrs
- Female: Should have completed 21 yrs and should not exceed 37 yrs
For Junior Assistant (Field Assistant)
- Male: Should have completed 18 yrs and should not exceed 30 yrs
- Female: Should have completed 18 yrs and should not exceed 35 yrs
