Capital has informed that it is not certain that the data verification will be done Monday as it will depend on how much work can be done, but it is preparing to make the results public by Sunday if possible. Therefore, with the permission of CDS and the board, preparations are being made to complete the distribution by Sunday, Capital said.

Manushi Laghubitta had issued 3,93,750 IPOs at the rate of Rs 100 per share from Shrawan 27 to Shrawan 31. Out of total units share, 3 lakh 68 thousand 593 shares issued to the general public.

As there are more applications than demand in the microfinance IPO, the company’s IPO will be distributed through Lottery system.

CARE Ratings Nepal Limited (CRNL) has assigned the issuer rating of “CARE-NP B+ (Is) [Single B Plus (Issuer)]” to Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL).
